A lot of problems with the orders, arrive much later than promised, send wrong products, canceling orders after 2 hours of waiting. When approaching customer care they don’t even feel they should compensate the client and just say they refund the money for the food I didn’t get. I asked to forward the multiple cases I had to a supervisor and be contacted back, it didn’t happen. They used to have better customer care, right now it’s very poor. I moved to Glovo and UberEats because of that.
