I have been playing this game for a little over a week. I had an issue with the daily bonus. You open the app every day and you get a bonus booster and on the 7 day you get a better prize or boosters. I open on day seven and it said I got 7 hand swaps. Only it didn’t give them to me. So I contacted support and asked if they could fix that. It’s takes a while for them to respond but ELLA responded and said oh sorry and we will send that to you. But first before we do that you must turn on your notifications. I hate notifications, all my games notifications are off . I turned them on anyway
