There is definitely a problem with the iOS app. I had been in communication with their appalling “customer service” and “tech support” for weeks. They must have asked me to change settings in every possible combination three times over. I send them 10+ videos and in every video, using every suggested combination of settings the exact same thing happens; The VPN works great till eventually it just stops working. Nothing loads.
