The app inundates you with ads about upgrading your account and buying more storage, but apparently if you originally subscribed to a plus account from the Dropbox website, if you try to upgrade through the app, you will be billed $200 before it quickly flashes an error saying you can’t be upgraded, then the option to upgrade disappears. The $200 charge still posted and support is telling me it’s my fault for trying up upgrade through the app and not the browser. If this isn’t supported the stop advertising the upgrade in the app! Now I am out $200 and my account is not upgraded. The useless A
