Communication was horrible, instructions were poor. Didn’t even have an address until time of check-in. Access was inconvenient and check-out procedure was even worse. The common areas were full of thugs partying, creating noise levels inconsistent with sleep. The smell of marijuana was so intense that we had to use a blanket at the base of the door to help keep the smell out. It didn’t help much at all. Our clothes still stunk upon returning home. There was vomit and trash in the hallway right outside the door from the party. I wouldn’t let my wife go to the car alone because of the clientel
