I’m extremely disappointed with Airbnb’s deceptive practices. Their platform automatically accepted a guest booking while I was unavailable, without my approval. I had no choice but to cancel, which caused stress for both me and the guest—yet Airbnb fined me for it. To make matters worse, their support agent gave vague, unhelpful responses with no clear instructions on what documents to submit to appeal the penalty.
