1) I surf in waters where big sharks hunt 1.) my friend’s kids were in the water at El Capitan when they got out because they saw a fin. The dad told them to get back out there because he was sore it was a dolphin. He had the app and looked just for fun and sure enough Poe Girl the 17 ft shark had pinged in the bay. Everyone got out of the water. A couple weeks later a bit north a guy was killed by a shark. And the same one was in that area 2) cool little animations of where each tagged shark has traveled and each point it registers has its time of year 3) seeing the animation was pretty cool
