Awful Service
I have been a platinum member with Marriott dating back to the Starwood days and have witnessed their accommodations and service dwindle each year Marriott has owned these properties. Today I showed up for a late night check in and was informed that my reservation couldn’t be accommodated because supposedly several rooms were unexpectedly taken off line. Instead of just telling me this, they made me wait for a manager to come. Then I was sent across town to another hotel of lesser value. (W vs a Sheraton).
