Workday is great compared to the desktop version at work, but it is very different and does not have all of the same options as the desktop version at work. For that reason, it is a 4/5. It is a simplified version of the website, but should allow the same abilities, like to change or delete a day off/paid time off request, you have to wait until at a desktop at work to do that. Also, there is a need to log in twice in order to successfully log in. The first attempt says you are not able to, but then the second attempt works.
