Quality journalism but …
I cannot understand why the business folks at NYT make cancelling a subscription or changing credit card details so difficult. They actually require you to speak to a live agent - no options online. To make things worse, there isn’t a toll-free number to call from most countries. So, you have to pay to cancel or change credit card details. Terrible customer service!!!
