Have not been able to unmask a call for three weeks now. I’ve reached out to support multiple times with no replies at all. I’ve tried everything to resolve the issue in their help center. I’ve had my carrier manually set up call forwarding I’ve done it through their app and it does not work anymore. I paid for this service for over 15 years and they can’t even respond to an email to resolve this issue. I canceled my subscription and I’m going with a different Call unmasking service. Don’t waste your money.
