Hello, I recently and accidentally subscribed through your app. Unfortunately, my Apple Face ID automatically confirmed the payment before I realized it, and I was charged ₱1,800. I did not intend to make this purchase, and I have not used or accessed any of the app’s premium features since the transaction occurred. Considering this was a clear case of accidental purchase and no usage of the service has taken place, I kindly request a full refund for this charge.
