This is so disheartening because I saved up for this machine for myself to FINALLY simplify some of my life/workload, and the app is just terrible. Greedy of them to keep coming out with new machines while the app has so many issues. I have orders I need to get out, I pay for pro, and it was at LEAST working on and off the other day. I’ve never had a smooth experience with this app. I could deal with it running slow, but it just stays on a loading screen now. The AI response team on all of these reviews says to start by logging out and then back in, but how on earth am I supposed to do that wh
