I have ordered on this app in Brazil with no issue but the last 3 times, my ordere has shown as being delivered and nothing arrived. I had to go in person to the first order and they remade my food. Still have not received a refund for the other two!! The vendors keep stating that there is no apartment number listed for me but I have described the apartment details in the app. I will not be ordering any more since I don’t know if I will receive my food or receive my refund.
