Tractive bought out whistle, a superior product. I was forced into this Tractive by Whistle. I also happen to own a track advice that is on my cat with sincere regrets. I have had significant and continuous problems with my attractive, despite three different devices. These include connection to my home Wi-Fi, connection to the cellular network, and battery life. My home Wi-Fi is brand new high-speed fiber optic. Most significant, Tractive, unless there has been a change recently, does not offer phone support. It is only by email. I have gone 10 days without a response other than from a bot. T
