For starters the questions were towards african american hair. They’re mainly set on how we care for our hair along with the products. Now i answered the questions fully to the max! I even lied on a few because they’re not even towards my hair type which made no sense as we took a survey on what hair types we had. There were a good 10 questions being a 1$ for each one! The rating scores for all were about 70 nothing less than 75! They of course declined my responses and then when i emailed to figure out why they said that my question wasn’t matching with the question which makes no sense seein
