The developer has been on hiatus since Covid according to their website. It’s a good idea but as soon as you upgrade your router to post-Covid firmware, it will break functionality with wifi blocker. Their new project is ddwrt-control, which seems like a more reasonable goal since they only need to make the software talk to ddwrt instead of 100+ various router firmware.
