bugg AF in 2020

In 2018 on a random day, $800 was debited out of my account by ACH process to pay for a Home Depot account. I don’t have a Home Depot account. So I contacted Chase and shared with them that I wanted the money back because I didn’t do this. Long story short I spoke with Several different people at Chase in one afternoon the third person I talk to in that same afternoon had authority to provide more than a temporary 72 hour credit. My $800 was restored, and I went along with life. I don’t know the outcome of their investigation, but I can assure you that a smaller bank or a credit union would’ve
