Planing a trip witch is 4 days away, make a booking, money is paid but no reservation is made in the hotel. No live support. Reservation costed 300€. Cant reach out nor to hotel nor to booking. After half an hour recieved an email that booking was not made ad what i want to choose: book again or get back money? Both variants needs to press the link, non of them is working.
