I recently bought a magazine which uses the app. I couldn't sign in with my email address along with a few other things causing trouble. I emailed Zinio about my problem (two email accounts). Rachel, Zinio quickly responded, sorted out my problem and I was able to access my magazine along with the magazine I had subscribed to about a decade ago.
