customer service is just bad, kristofer gives too much attitude and doesn't answer messages , got charged automatically for 4 classes when didn't want them and now yesterday they said refund is initiated now customer service says different things. also app is racist af!!!!!!you cannot choose your tutor from syria russia and belarus this is just mental

I like studying German here but i wanted to swap to Spanish and wow! i have to pay for one more course. It’s not cheap, but purchasing a subscription you’re subscribed only to one language. Disappointed :(
