Frozen funds for over 2 months
My XTZ has been frozen on trust wallet since September 19th. I am unable to swap, send, or sell the amount for over 2 months now. After two support tickets, I received a response “We acknowledge the issue you are experiencing and emphasize that it is a known problem on our platform, not on your end. This is a front-end issue, funds are #SAFU.” Over two months and I still have no explanation as to why I cannot move my Tezos since it was confirmed on chain. I had a good experience with TW but after this I can’t use it again.
