The app itself very bad user experience made. There is no button that you can choose cheap to expensive sort. You should all the houses and it is wasting my time. You are a big company but not made the app for users.

Scooters really slow. Maps never shows the correct position of the scooter. Coupons never work. There is not enough scooter in the city. (Helsinki specially kallio area) It didnt work in a first place even i bought daily pass. and app. Wants me to put 10€ more euro in cash wallet. It is cheaper than the other brands if you want daily pass. i have still 10€ in my wallet but with this cash money customer service says you cant buy daily pass only rides. They are gonna refund the money at least. Good customer service but not good app.
