I’m blown away by the amount of health data captured and shared in this app. It’s helpful in explaining the way data is collected and interpreted, and why it’s important/affects my health. This app inspires me to be more aware of making choices to better my health. I appreciate the friendly feel of the insights, like a friend who wants the best for you but isn’t pushy. I’m not normally a mediating person, or someone who slows down, but I am actually enjoying the Echo section with a variety of ways to soothe the soul, from stories, breathing techniques, sounds, music, talked through meditation,
