Great app and services but multiple issues lately. Almost 50% of my orders have some issues. Either app related or the restaurant related. Last time around, the app never updated on the order status. Before that, the order was sent back because driver messed up, the app never reflected the right status. It’s great to see the growth of Rappi but service & app experience is degrading
