Pathetic excuse of customer service. They were working ok in São Paulo state, but then I topped up once it was getting low on credit, and I lost 10 EUR worth of internet! I contacted customer service, waited 5 hours, they didn’t explain the issue or provide updates, said something about a provider issue upstream, kept providing back and forth configuration setups on my phone and I consistently provided screenshots. The books are clearly generated by language models, and poor ones at that. The book I am reading has 1000s of chapters, each of which are written extremely poorly, and without much detail. The chapters also become more and more expensive as you read. What’s dangerous is that the stories are written in an exaggerated emotional style that makes you want to read more and more, resulting in you wanting to spend more! STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!

At first I didn't know what to expect, but now am super addicted!
