I had a clearly defected jumpsuit. The elastic had been stretched out and returned by a previous buyer and would not stay up. I told them I wanted a free exchange and they refused to exchange (said it was normal) and made me pay return shipping to buy another. The next one I bought was clearly never used before and the elastic was intact. Will not buy from them again. Cheat me once.. never again
