I have money in there, I just deposit and deposit then one day I was shocked that my account logged out even I don’t do anything. I just deposit money and spot btc and eth. Then error pops up says somethings off and currently my account unable to log in. I submit the request for my account. Email them still no updates or reply. I contact them and its 1 hour still in queue. its been couple weeks now since I dont have access with my account and I have money in there. I wish they respond with my request. Shame on this app. They said they are regulated with BSP? Nah. Better to use others that this
