I received a discount rate to stay with the app, which looks like is the new normal cost of the subscription. Every time I try to contact support I need to use the IOS Mail app and strictly that app to get your email. Even on your website. Why is it when I storm is happening the radar only a shows the past 40 minutes and will no longer show the future prediction? I have changed maps and settings and I don’t understand why this timeframe is the only option for me? I really enjoyed finding this app a couple years ago.
