While it is true that classical music has some specific features, having a separate app is not needed. Especially when it integrates so poorly with the rest of Apple Music and Apple’s ecosystem. It is surprising that in a crowded streaming services field the quality is not on a higher level. Even basic information on albums/artists such as genre is not readily accessible. Album info, recommendations, music discovery are not on par with the leaders. All lists are imported/created as public by default... not that there are deep secrets there, but this is clearly backwards. Too many things to list here. The service and apps need serious attention if the company wants to stay afloat. If not for the HiFi plan I would not use this service.
