I purchased a refundable ticket. I have tried to cancel the ticket multiple times (well before the cancellation window expired) and the app and chat bot will not allow the cancellation and refuse to provide contact information for an actual customer service agent. No information on the website for actual customer service (other than an AI agent) either.
