I’ve used plenty of VPNs in China, but this one has been the worst so far. It just won’t connect — not once. I contacted their customer service, and all they did was copy-paste the same useless lines from their FAQ. Absolutely no real help. I restarted my phone, reset my network settings, reinstalled the app — literally tried everything. Still nothing. Seriously, don’t waste your time or money on this VPN if you’re in China. It doesn’t work, and support is a joke.
