When I first launched the app, it doesn’t let you do anything and quickly starts showing a spinning wheel. Restarting app and phone didn’t help. I am on latest iOS and iPhone 13. It’s pathetic that Microsoft doesn’t have time to fix a broken app.

For people who like word games, finding words is more important than stupid rewards and tournaments. It’s been months and they have pushed many updates with unnecessary features but can’t fix the basic crash issues with Lightning round. I keep getting kicked out of an active round as a bug, sometimes the app fails to respond, it’s frustrating to watch other players score while your board is stuck.

They won’t evolve to iCloud sync and are adamant about Dropbox sync. Now this sync is useless because the books I create on the mac app and save on Dropbox won’t appear on the iOS version. I can open Dropbox app on my phone and see that the file created on mac is there but this useless scrivener app won’t detect it. They couldn’t get the basics right and have stopped updating their platform and we are stuck with what we heavily paid for.
