Update: Issues resolved with coordination of tech support. I hope permanently, but I expect not. Long time, many years, user of this app. I’ve purchase several subscriptions. My problem is with borrowing. Most libraries use it for checking out magazines and this has been challenging. Over the last year or so, I have had continual issues with magazine that are checked out, but do not appear in the App Library. So, no way to read them. Using the support contact within app, most times it has been resolved. But it’s happening again now and it’s tedious. Back & forth low level support messages
