Used this app to book an event in Rome weeks in advance of our trip. The provider had to change the time of the event and we responded to their email agreeing to the change. Two days before the event they asked if we wanted to cancel the reservation as they said we did not agree to the change. We responded not to cancel. The next day they sent another notice that they needed to hear from us and again we responded to not cancel. A few hours later they sent us a notice that our reservation was canceled.
