We ended up defaulting to Google maps and Uber (US download). This app is a bit challenging to use as a foreigner. Without a Korean ID, credit card, and phone number it’s not as user friendly for foreigners as I thought it would be considering how much tourism there is. Ultimately went back to Google maps for navigating, hailing taxis old school, and Uber for booking ahead.

Back to Google maps and Uber.
