So far I really, really love this app, and I desperately want to give it 5 stars…. However. Within the first 5 minutes of launching it, I’ve had to hit x on like 12 ads, and every action- switching stations, searching, adding, favoriting, incurs an ad. Even when I tried to share the app, an ad popped up over my text message bubble. Ridiculously obnoxious. And no, not everyone can afford or has the means to purchase every single app they deem useful. I purchased whole apps/full versions of apps as a teen when I got my first iPhone, and guess what? None of them “remember” that I paid for them. A

The iPhones 13 and up are incredible at amateur astrophotography. I also enjoy capturing the northern lights, stars, long exposure images… but to do this, I have to download a separate app just to get basic ISO settings! All these apps pretend to be free and then want a subscription. Or they just downright cost $10+. We shouldn’t have to pay or search an App Store for a feature that every other brand has tbh. The camera quality is so amazing, why not an amazing app to go with it? I mean c’mon y’all use the camera as a selling point with each new model….
