I love the app. It’s a great experience and I use it every day. I just wish the day would reset after the day changes, not 23-24 hours after you’ve done the daily puzzles for example

I’ve used flixbus for many years and the service itself is very good, but God forbid you ever have to cancel. I cancelled 2 bus trips last year and this year when trying to use the vouchers, both of them were no longer valid. Nobody else has access to my flix account or email. I messaged their support team and they told me the vouchers are “used”. So either their security system is garbage and there’s bots that can just endlessly brute force voucher codes until finding them or they’re invalidating the vouchers sooner than the expiration date for profits.
