As a Booking host, I need to express my deep disappointment with how things are handled regarding fraud protection. The fraudsters continuously make bookings for one person, for seven days, and the first message they send is always asking to be contacted on WhatsApp and to provide a mobile number. The number they use is from Ukraine or Russia. What’s even more frustrating is that I can’t cancel their reservation, leaving it blocked on my calendar for an entire week, preventing other guests from booking.
