Dont get me wrong. It is a clear company policy. They didn’t do something else from whats written. They tell you from the beginning that you have to pray you wont forget something. Trying to get my bag back for the past 5 days (item flagged as found by the driver) the only help i get from the customer support is a “tough luck”, go to the police. Noice.
