It appears that the rumors of deliberate sabotage by this game's designers are proving true. EA as a company, was bought out by a private Saudi Arabian hedge fund, run by none other than their crown prince. With people likely to lose their jobs over this, it looks like this horrible, game/city ruining and user losing, "Services 2.0" update is their revenge. And they've closed out their own discussions requesting feedback on this mess. They're even deleting any comments about it on their Twitter/X account.
