Could be nice. Far from normal SimCity in term of building a city. Only actions is busking and improving. Pretty much no actions as running it. Also it force you to pay for money and ingredients to improved. Could be a 5* easily but it’s money ripping game from early in the game so a 2* just for the playful graphics.
