This is not a review of Silverspot itself, but rather this updated and terrible version of the app. The new app has no way to find tickets that I have already purchased and no way to order food to my seat once in the cinema. I would expect being able to easily find tickets Ive already purchased would be the bare minimum for an app related to movie tickets. The app in its current state is worse than useless, it is actually unhelpful and has led to huge lines at concessions in the theatre since people cant order through their phones like they used to. My wife and I go almost weekly and the old v
