My driver missed the clear turn on his gps which not only doubled my route time but also my fare without any warning. I got in contact with customer service who admitted he took the wrong route but refused to refund me the difference and stopped responding to my emails. Taking his up with DET now. This is not the first time; I’ve been dropped off at the wrong location multiple times. The drivers have no idea where they’re going and don’t pay attention to their navigation.
