On both the app and the website, I cannot sign in. I have reset my password at least four times today. I get an email confirmation that my password has been successfully reset, but the screen in the app and online does not show a confirmation that you've updated your password. Then when I try to enter the password my email says it has been successfully reset, I get an error message. So, I cannot login and I cannot get my boarding pass on my phone. As a result when I go to the airport I am going to pay to get a printed boarding pass when I should be able to get one on my phone if the password a
