I found the app very easy to use. I took a picture of a mole that had some blue ink markings placed around it. The algorithm identified the mole as suspicious due to the blue markings, which was quite understandable. However, a couple of hours later, without any action on my part, I was contacted by a member of the support team to let me know that I need not worry but simply monitor the mole over the next couple of months. Such an efficient and proactive level of support is highly appreciated and makes the app very worthwhile.
