Stripe has been an absolute nightmare. Here’s a few reasons why I think this is a big concern and wouldn’t recommend: Once payment has been received by customers it takes a few business days for the funds to be “usable” which means I pay for shipping and other fees out of pocket for customers. I did not know this at first. I had thought it would be similar to other payment services. For instance, PayPal allows for the funds to be radially available the moment a customer makes payment.
