The app logged me out and I cannot log back in. My vpn subscription is not over yet but I can’t use it. I can still log in via the website but I can’t use the vpn. I really need help.

After the new update. I couldn’t open the app. Please fix this issue. Thank you

I can’t download videos. If i got lucky i can only download a video with sound and black background. Please fix this issue.

I really love the app! At first when i installed it it had these weird & cringey videos that i don’t like. Then i found the content that i like. But all of the sudden my fyp is messed up! Videos that i’m not interested in show up & i tried to clear the cache & everything but they still show up. Please fix my fyp! I really like the app! I spend at least an hour a day but now i barely open it for five minutes. 😭😭😭
