Huge pain to cancel my Grasshopper account with GoTo support over the phone; received cancellation confirmation complete with case number and date in email. Still kept getting billed for three more months until I caught it. I’m sure it would have continued. Finally got a refund with a support team member who was helpful, but getting continuously billed after a cancellation erodes trust and feels extremely scammy. It should not be that difficult to cancel a subscription to an App.
