It was incredibly hard ...ridiculously hard to change my flight..it took me over an hour to try to do it online and it would not take my payment..then it took me another 20 minutes with a chat box to finally get a number then when I got an actual person on the line it took another 25 minutes!!! Think about this ...all I was asking to do was change my flight and I was happy to upgrade and pay $350 ...it was just way way too much !!!
